Order a pair of kybun trial-shoes here. Try it for 2 weeks and experience yourself the walk-on-air feeling. We will charge your credit card with a HK$350 trial handling charge plus a refundable security deposit (HK$1200-1800). After the trial period, you have 3 options:

You return the kybun trial-shoe at your cost to our warehouse in Hong Kong (instructions below). Once we have received your kybun trial-shoe, we will refund your deposit and issue a voucher of HK$350 for the purchase of a new kybun shoe, plus a free shipping code.

You return the kybun trial-shoe at your cost to our warehouse in Hong Kong (instructions below). Once we have received your kybun trial-shoe, we will refund your deposit and issue a voucher of HK$350 for an optional purchase of a new kybun shoe, plus a free shipping code.

In this case, no action is required. We retain the handling charge + deposit and the kybun shoe is yours without any further charges. Of course, we would appreciate to receive your feedback on your walk-on-air experience.

Important information:

kybun trial-shoe:

kybun trial-shoe are rated as B-Grades with a small defect that is often not even visible, as opposed to regular A-Grades. They may have been worn before, in this case they were professionally cleaned and disinfected. They are used to give the customer the opportunity to experience the walk-on-air feeling and the great advantages of a kybun shoe.

Warranty:

If you decide to buy a kybun trial-shoe at an exceptional price instead of sending it back, please note that it is excluded from any warranty.

Cleaning:

After the trial period of 2 weeks, the kybun trial-shoe must be cleaned and returned in a proper condition.

Return deadline/instructions:

The kybun trial-shoe must be returned within 14 days after reception (postage date is applicable) and in their original packaging. If the kybun trial-shoe are returned after the 14-day deadline, a penalty may apply. Please send the kybun trial-shoe including the original delivery note, cleaned and if possible in the original packaging, to the following address:

Wrong size:

It may occur that your kybun trial-shoe shoes do not fit properly to your feet. In such cases, it is possible to proceed with a size exchange under the following conditions:
